Timbermark has developed a new application to enable the printing of 4-way pallets on an automatic production line using Yeacode piezo printers.
We are using two innovations to make this possible. Firstly, we have sourced a new 72mm printhead from our Chinese supplier, Yeacode. And secondly, we have developed a PC application for cycling through the messages to print on the pallet blocks. The variable image field means a new design can be created for each block on the pallet and a reset switch means that the designs cannot get out of sync.
